Each Hugware® key comes with an electronic Certificate of Authenticity issued by UKISS Technology as proof that the device is genuine. The certificate will be secured by the Ethereum blockchain upon device initialisation.
To access the certificate on UKISS Hub,
Read the user manual for more information or contact support if you have doubts about the authenticity of your device.
To download your certificate,
Users can validate their certificates on the TradeTrust platform built upon GovTech Singapore’s OpenAttestation Framework. Simply download your certificate from UKISS Hub and drop it on the page.
Users can also validate certificates via the Jupyton viewer. Contact support if you have doubts about the authenticity of your device.
To set up a new set of Hugware® keys, download UKISS Hub from the website and have your A-Key and R-Key ready.
Check that the Hugware® is detectable on a separate computer or phone. If the Hugware was detectable, there might be an issue with your operating system or UKISS software (UKISS Hub or UKISS Wallet).
Here are some steps you can take:
If the Hugware® was undetectable on a separate device, there might be an issue with the hardware. Please contact support.
