Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We offer full money back guarantee on all purchases made directly from our website, subject to terms and conditions set out below. 

  • You are allowed to return the product with a valid receipt within 45 days of purchase
  • You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. UKISS does not offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Conditions for returns

In order for the product to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
  • Products remain in their original packaging, together with accompanying accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals and documentation.
  • If the packaging was unopened, you are eligible for an exchange or refund through the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges.

Please return your product with the issued tracking number, contact details, and reason for returning the product to Blk 79, Ayer Rajah Crescent, #01-03, Singapore 139955.

Customers bear the shipping costs of returning items. This will be dedicated from your refund. If you are returning an item worth over US$100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refund process

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will send an email notifying whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, we will refund through the original method of payment within 14 calendar days. Refunds will cover the standard delivery charge paid by you.
We provide partial refunds when:
  • Products show obvious signs of use
  • Products are not in their original condition (i.e. damaged or missing parts due to reasons beyond our control)
  • Products are returned more than 45 days after delivery
If the product was marked as a gift, we will provide a gift credit upon return of the item. The gift credit will be mailed to you in the form of a certificate. If the product was not marked as a gift, we will refund the buyer instead. The buyer will be informed about the returned gift.
We will terminate any bundled free subscription software licenses upon refund. For example, if your Hugware purchase came with a free two-year subscription of UKISS Suite applications, we will terminate your software subscriptions after refunding your Hugware purchase.

Late refunds

If you have yet to receive your refunds, check your account again or contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to process. If problems persist, please contact us at refundnreturn@ukiss.io.

Exchange process

Customers can exchange products that are defective or damaged. Please contact us at refundnreturn@ukiss.io and return your product to Blk 79, Ayer Rajah Crescent, #01-03, Singapore 139955.

Additional information

If you are based in a European Union-member country, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. To do so, you must request a refund by emailing us at refundnreturn@ukiss.io. The refund will include all standard delivery charges initially paid by you. You will bear the cost of shipping the returned item.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Print your order form. 
  2. Indicate the item/s you are returning and include that document in your package.
  3. We will provide refunds for the cancelled items, within [14] calendar days of receipt. If we do not receive the cancelled items, we can arrange to have them returned at your expense.
