UKISS Hugware comes in air-tight foil packaging. Inside it, you will find the following contents:
Check that the Authentication and Rescue Keys have serial numbers on them that are displayed in the format AXXXX-XXXX and RXXXX-XXXX, respectively.
If the contents are incomplete, contact support at support@ukiss.io immediately. You will not find a recovery phrase sheet, as wallet recovery is done with the Rescue Key.
