Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Subject to terms and conditions, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After this period, UKISS Technology does not offer refunds or exchanges.

Returns

  • Please do not return an order without informing our support team beforehand.
  • For a return to be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, gifts, bonus items, manuals, and documentation. The packaging must not be opened.
  • Customers will bear the shipping costs of returning items. This will be deducted from your refund.
    • Suppose you are returning an item worth over US$100; we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will inform you of whether your refund was approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be made through the original payment method, within 14 business days. Refunds will include the standard delivery charge.
  • If you purchased Hugware with a free software subscription (i.e. U-Archive), we will terminate the subscription when we refund your purchase.
  • If you haven’t received your refund, check your account or contact your credit card company. If problems persist, contact us at refundnreturn@ukiss.io.
We provide partial refunds under the following conditions:
  • Products show apparent signs of use
  • Products are not in their original condition (i.e. damaged or missing parts due to reasons beyond our control)
To obtain a refund, please follow the steps below:
  1. Inform the support team at support@ukiss.io.
  2. Wait for confirmation before returning the package.
  3. In your package, don’t forget to include a document specifying the item/s you are returning, the issued tracking number, contact details, and the reason for returning.
  4. Return your package to Blk 79, Ayer Rajah Crescent, #01-03, Singapore 139955

Exchanges

Customers can exchange products that are defective or damaged. Please contact us at refundnreturn@ukiss.io and return your product to Blk 79, Ayer Rajah Crescent, #01-03, Singapore 139955

For EU customers

If you are based in a European Union member country, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To do so, you must request a refund by emailing us at refundnreturn@ukiss.io. The refund will include all standard delivery charges you initially paid. You will bear the cost of shipping the returned item.
