If you have bought your UKISS Hugware set from our website, you will receive the software license keys via email. However, if you purchased the set from on-site events or any of our partners, you will need to get in touch with us and provide proof of purchase to receive your U-Archive software license keys.
Please note that each U-Archive license key can only be used on a maximum of two devices and is valid for an annual subscription. To continue using the software, you need to renew your license key through your UKISS account, which you should have created on the website.
