If you have forgotten your PIN, there are two things that you can do:
Reset PIN: Reset your PIN using a paired Hugware key.

Retrieve PIN: Retrieve your PIN using a backup code.

Please be informed that in the event you have forgotten both PINs, UKISS Technology cannot restore or retrieve them for you because we do not have access to your keys.
